This single channel signal amplifier/repeater is required when running more single colour product than a controller is rated for: the controller base will power and control one part and the remainder is run via this amplifier - which acts as a slave to the main controller - and is powered with a separate power supply (not included).

It has a single high-power channel capable of driving up to 30A total, but we recommend loading no more than 26A as driving any controller or amplifier at maximum capacity will shorten its lifespan. It can be run from 5V, 12V, or 24V DC.

A signal wire is required to link the amplifier to the main controller. These wires do not have to be heavy duty as they only carry a signal. Wire them into the positive and negative input at the top of the amplifier. If using more than one amplifier, these wires can be looped to the next amplifier, in a daisy-chain effect.
